How do you help your child maintain their faith in college? What is the Christian community like at MIT? What faith-based things can my child get involved in? What churches are in the area? Come meet some staff with Cru as well as some of the Cru students. Ask questions? Meet other parents. Students are welcome to attend as well. Drop in anytime.

Science and Faith at MIT - a chat with a Theoretical Physicist

Sunday, April 18th, 7pm-8pm, EDT
https://mit.zoom.us/j/98356633882

Are Science and Faith friends or foes? How do the origins of the world line up with the Bible? Can a scientist believe in miracles? Has Science disproved God? Let's talk about these questions and more. A postdoc researcher in theoretical physics from Cal Berkeley and a MIT student will host this engaging discussion. They both are Christians and both love science. Come see that MIT is a place where students think deeply about both science and faith and love to wrestle with the big questions about God. Bring your thoughts and questions. Check out some cool lectures we’ve hosted previously at www.reasoningforgod.com
