Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 9:30am to 11:30am
Horizons for Homeless Children’s mission is to improve the lives of young homeless children and help their families succeed by providing high-quality early education, opportunities for play, and comprehensive family support services. Join us as we pack art supply kits for children who are experiencing homelessness in Massachusetts.
Community Servings prepares & delivers homemade, medically tailored meals to individuals & families living with critical & chronic illnesses in MA. We will be creating homemade cards to provide cheer to critically ill clients, who range in age from 3 to 101 years of age, many of whom are homebound and living alone. Your card will brighten a client’s day and let them know we’re thinking of them and wishing them well.
We’ll meet at Park Street Church at 9:30am to create cards and pack art kits together. Individuals and families of all ages are welcome to come and create with us!
